Role Overview
The Analyst, Clinical Applications role sits within the Clinical Applications team under IT.
The position supports critical healthcare systems across M42 and focuses on clinical systems, particularly Cerner Lab workflows and integrations.
The role combines system support, interface development, and collaboration with clinical stakeholders and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain healthcare interfaces between clinical systems.
- Collaborate with vendors, analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Support and optimize Cerner Lab workflows, including build and configuration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and interface issues with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain interface specifications, design documents, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HL7, DICOM, and FHIR healthcare standards.
- Participate in implementation, testing, and go-live support activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
