- Collaboration with cross functional teams including Quality, Production, Procurement, and Marketing
- Experience scaling up formulations from laboratory to industrial production

Role Overview
- Develop and optimize beverage powder formulations that meet market demands, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for end to end product development process including formulation, ingredient selection, process optimization, product evaluation, and scale up
- Report to the R&D Manager and collaborate closely with cross functional teams
