About the Role

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to salon clients using provided details
- Collect feedback on the client’s salon visit, including service quality, staff professionalism, and overall experience
- Identify and document any issues, concerns, or dissatisfaction shared by clients
- Escalate service related complaints to the relevant salon management or customer care team
- Maintain accurate records of client feedback in the shared tracker or CRM system
- Follow up with clients when required to ensure concerns are addressed and resolved
- Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional tone aligned with the salon brand experience
- Engage with prospective and inactive clients to boost branch footfall and encourage repeat visits

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or salon/beauty industry is preferred
- Strong listening skills with an empathetic approach
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update records accurately
- Ability to handle feedback and respond to complaints calmly and professionally

- Collect feedback on the client’s salon visit, including service quality, staff professionalism, and overall experience.
