Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests at the airport upon arrival and assist with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Coordinate with the hotel’s front office or transportation team regarding guest arrival and departure times
- Ensure accurate and timely guest pick up and drop off services
- Maintain up to date flight information and communicate changes or delays to concerned departments
- Assist guests with check in/check out procedures when required
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the property and local area
- Coordinate with drivers, travel agents, and other service providers for smooth airport transfers
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and transportation requests
- Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and report them promptly to management
- Represent the company/hotel brand positively at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or airline industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of airport protocols and local transportation services

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests at the airport upon arrival and assist with luggage and transportation arrangements.

- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Customer service oriented and professional appearance.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
