Responsibilities
- Support delivery in the execution/onboarding of airline partnerships strategy from an operational & administrative perspective
- Support airline partnerships launches & initiatives to meet incremental revenue growth
- Track and report on key partnership performance indicators
- Manage monthly billing and reconciliation process for Travel Partnerships
- Independently set up cadence meetings with partners & internal stakeholders
- Support testing for system enhancements for process re engineering
- Coordinate with vendors & partners to enhance processes & fix bugs
- Document & analyze the file exchange process, report anomalies & progress
- Support the accrual process by monitoring & processing files
- Coordinate BAU requirements from member services teams and partners
- Ensure all processes & integration are well documented for business continuity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 5 years' experience in a loyalty program, preferably within the aviation industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Data analysis and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Airline and loyalty systems knowledge a plus

Synopsis
- The Airline Partnerships Officer supports in executing the airlines FFP partnership strategy.
- This role will be responsible for owning key operational processes and working with partners to guarantee smooth operations and managing campaigns to ensure partner growth.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, procurement and marketing as well as external partners will be a core part of the role.
Accountabilities
- Support delivery in the execution/onboarding of airline partnerships strategy from an operational & administrative perspective.
- Supporting airline partnerships launches & initiatives working closely with line manager & alliances team to meet support incremental revenue growth.
- Track and report on key partnership performance indicators, including member engagement, redemption activity, and commercial performance.
- Manage the monthly billing and reconciliation process (for Travel Partnerships) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to independently set up cadence meetings with partners & internal stakeholders to support business development & discuss marketing initiatives.
- Support testing for system enhancements, for the purpose of process re engineering.
- Co ordinate with vendors & partners on a regular basis to enhance processes & fix bugs.
- Document & analyze the file exchange process, report anomalies & progress.
- Support the accrual process by monitoring & processing files, working closely with the line manager to achieve set targets within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinating BAU requirements from member services teams and partners with operational & administrative items within an agreed SLA.
- Ensure all processes & integration are well documented as required to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years’ experience in a loyalty program, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Data analysis and problem solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), airline and loyalty systems a plus.
