Responsibilities
- Perform moderately complex avionics aircraft maintenance and repair for equipment such as wires, radar, radio, pulse, navigation
- Adjust, repair, or replace defective components based on analysis of test results
- Calibrate installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications
- Perform scheduled service and maintenance tasks to aircraft avionic system components
- Perform unscheduled troubleshoots and maintain assigned to aircraft systems
- Perform tasks with technician teams in conducting functional tests of repaired components and systems
- Fill maintenance forms, aircraft records, automated maintenance data systems, and historical reports
- Report findings and issues to supervisor and proceed with the adopted solution
- Perform basic launch and recovery to avionics equipment
- Install and maintain visual landing aids as instructed per adopted procedures
- Maintain logs of airplane launches, recoveries, and equipment maintenance
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks on issues encountered during typical recovery missions
Requirements
- Bachelor, Higher diploma or diploma or skill level 7 or 9 certified in respective trade, QC or Training the Trainer
- Military aircraft experience letter or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 10 years of experience within maintenance operations area at an Airbase
- Knowledge of aircraft launching and recovering processes
- Knowledge of basic maintenance processes and procedures
- Understanding of aircraft structure, components, troubleshooting, wiring system and functions

Overview
- To perform moderately complex avionics aircraft maintenance and repair for equipment such as wires, radar, radio, pulse, navigation in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable technical orders, standards and regulations.
- Perform O, I and D Level when its applicable.
- Follow the day to day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Responsibilities
- Adjust, repair, or replace defective components based on analysis of test results, following blueprints, schematics, handbooks, and other technical documents, using hand tools.
- Calibrate installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications.
- Perform scheduled service and maintenance tasks to aircraft avionic system components and report problems related to maintaining, servicing, and inspecting avionic aircraft system and related aerospace equipment.
- Perform unscheduled troubleshoots and maintain assigned to aircraft systems, components, and related equipment.
- Perform tasks with technician teams in conducting functional tests of repaired components and systems according to applicable standards and procedures.
- Fill maintenance forms, aircraft records, automated maintenance data systems, and historical reports as required to ensure complete documentation.
- Report findings and issues to supervisor and proceed with the adopted solution ensuring proper implementation of tasks performed.
- Perform basic launch and recovery to avionics equipment to ensure they are working appropriately.
- Install and maintain visual landing aids as instructed per adopted procedures.
- Maintain logs of airplane launches, recoveries, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks on issues encountered during typical recovery missions.
- Provide on the job training and coaching to technicians on basic tasks and procedures to support their development.
Qualification
- Bachelor, Higher diploma or diploma or skill level 7 or 9 certified in respective trade, QC or Training the Trainer.
- Military aircraft experience letter or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience within maintenance operations area at an Airbase.
- Knowledge of aircraft launching and recovering processes
- Knowledge of basic maintenance processes and procedures
- Understanding of aircraft structure, components, troubleshooting, wiring system and functions..etc.
