Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Art or Design Graphics
- 3 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in developing design briefs, illustrative sketches, and layouts
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Flash is an advantage

Overview
- The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. They work to a brief agreed with the client, creative director or account manager, developing creative ideas and concepts, choosing appropriate media and style to meet client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Meeting clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements.
- Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept.
- Estimating time required and providing quotes.
- Developing design briefs through research.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within cost and time constraints.
- Presenting finalized ideas to clients or account managers.
- Working with a wide range of media including photography and CAD.
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high quality work.
- Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches.
- Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print.
Qualification
- Possess a Bachelor Degree preferably in Art or Design Graphics.
- Three to five years’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Creative in creating interactive design.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in developing design brief, illustrative sketches and layouts in a Design Development Life Cycle.
- Strong interpersonal skill in a team based environment.
- Experience in HTML, CSS & Flash is an advantage.
Experience
- At least 3 years experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other image manipulation software.
- Applying Creative Design based on a rough brief in a short period of time.
- Understanding of the Design Development Life Cycle to produce a Design Solution.
- Working knowledge of creating a design brief, illustrative sketches and Design Solution.
- Ability to thrive in an ever changing environment.
- Utilize creative skills to help contribute to design decisions.
- Strong knowledge in gathering information and data through research & analysis in developing a design brief.
- Strong knowledge on layouts and design art working pages ready for print.
- Having high attention to detail on developing a brief and creating a design solution.
- Strong creative ideas and skills set.
