Responsibilities
- Monitor the Air Separation process and ensure production of Oxygen and Nitrogen with desired quantity and purity
- Monitor Melt shop Oxygen and Nitrogen consumptions
- Support technicians technically and verify equipment condition
- Verify status and operating conditions of Fuel, LPG and Compressed Air plants
- Calculate crude oil and LPG consumptions
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Prepare yearly budget and review inventory records
- Issue monthly ASP & Gases report
Requirements
- Engineering Degree
- Five years of experience in the same field
- Fluent English language
- Computer Skills
- SAP

Position Objective
- To ensure the compliance of the production program for the ASP & Gases Plants and ensure supplying Oxygen, Nitrogen, Diesel, LPG & Compressed Air with the required quantity and quality by the Melt shop, HRMC, and HRMD following the established regulations for safety, quality, cost, etc. and optimizi
Function
- Monitor the Air Separation process and ensuring the producing of Oxygen and Nitrogen with the desired quantity and purity
- Monitor the Melt shop Oxygen and Nitrogen consumptions
- Supporting all technicians who report to me technically
- Verifying the condition of equipment
- Verifying the status and operating conditions of the Fuel, LPG and Compressed Air plants
- Verifying the maintenance on the LF and Tundish preheaters and dryers
- Verifying the maintenance on the Nitrogen Stirring Unit and the valve train
- Calculating the crude oil and LPG consumptions
- Verifies the assistance to work of all ASP & Gases plants personnel
- Insure the Quantity and Purity of Oxygen and Nitrogen
- Gives technical support during contingency and emergency situations
- Maintain a direct communication with the Melt shop
Pre qualifications
- Engineering Degree
- Five years of experience in the same field
- Fluent English language
- Computer Skills
- SAP
