Overview
- Responsible for all activities relating to import and export air shipments.
- Activities include but are not limited to;
- Arranging Cargo Transfer at airport
- Creating and sending Delivery Advice
- Bill of Entry Submission
- Customs Inspections for shipments
- Preparing Documents for Sea-Air exports
- Updating daily BOE tracker
- Creation of gate pass
- Managing W/H with cargo positioning and inbound and outbound activities
- Coordinating transporter and drivers
- Handling MOH
- Handling HC at Flower Center /DWC
- Sea-Air Customs inspection and E-seal
- Sea-Air handover and documents handover to Dnata and EK
- Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.
- Support of customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling.
