Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation programs end to end (from strategy to execution)
- Engage with senior stakeholders and decision makers to define AI vision and roadmap
- Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through workshops, training, and real use case execution
- Design and deliver Innovation Workshops, executive briefings, and adoption programs
- Translate business needs into practical AI use cases and agent opportunities
- Demonstrate and build simple AI agents to showcase tangible business value
- Manage adoption programs, including planning, tracking, KPIs, and outcomes
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure sustainable adoption at scale
- Communicate effectively across business and technical audiences
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and engagement teams
Requirements
- Strong ability to work with customer leadership at a strategic level
- Proven experience in AI / digital / modern work transformation
- Hands on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI driven productivity tools
- Strong program management skills (planning, execution, tracking, reporting)
- Experience in change management (e.g., ADKAR or similar frameworks)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud technologies
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Understanding of the KSA / UAE market is a strong advantage
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong plus

Role Overview
- We are looking for an AI Transformation Advisor to lead end to end AI adoption and transformation programs for our customers across the Middle East.
- This is a strategic and execution focused role — combining AI strategy, change management, adoption, and program delivery.

What You Will Do
- Lead AI transformation programs end to end (from strategy to execution).
- Engage with senior stakeholders and decision makers to define AI vision and roadmap.
- Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through workshops, training, and real use case execution.

What You Bring
- Core Capabilities: Strong ability to work with customer leadership at a strategic level; Proven experience in AI / digital / modern work transformation; Hands on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI driven productivity tools; Ability to demonstrate AI use cases and simple agent scenarios.
- Program & Transformation Leadership: Strong program management skills (planning, execution, tracking, reporting); Experience delivering multi phase transformation or adoption programs; Ability to define KPIs, measure success, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Change & Engagement: Experience in change management (e.g., ADKAR or similar frameworks); Strong communication and storytelling skills; Ability to lead workshops, trainings, and executive sessions; Excellent stakeholder management across business and IT.
- Market & Ecosystem Understanding: Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud technologies; Experience working with enterprise customers; Understanding of the KSA / UAE market is a strong advantage; Fluency in Arabic is a strong plus.
