AI Solutions Specialist – Engineering & Automation

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure AI platforms for internal use.
• Develop and deploy AI agents tailored to engineering, design, and business workflows.
• Identify high-impact use cases across disciplines (MEP, architecture, project management, etc.).
• Automate repetitive tasks such as documentation, report generation, and data analysis.
• Integrate AI tools with existing systems (BIM, document control, internal workflows).
• Train and upskill internal teams on effective AI usage and prompt engineering.
• Develop internal guidelines, best practices, and governance for AI adoption.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve AI outputs.
• Work closely with leadership to define AI strategy and implementation roadmap.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing large language model (LLM)-based tools.
• Experience building AI agents, workflows, or automation pipelines.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating AI with business or engineering workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or design environments.
• Familiarity with BIM tools, document control systems, or project delivery workflows.
• Experience with APIs, scripting, or low-code automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on practical implementation.
• Passion for innovation and digital transformation.
