Role Overview
Damen is establishing an AI Value Lab to identify, develop, validate, and scale AI-powered solutions across its global organization.
The AI Solutions Developer/Engineer will be a hands-on builder translating business opportunities into prototypes, AI agents, automations, and scalable solutions.
The role combines technical experimentation, practical problem-solving, business understanding, and solution delivery.
Build AI Solutions
- Translate business challenges into proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and minimum viable products.
- Develop AI-powered applications, copilots, intelligent agents, and automation solutions.
- Use Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and related technologies.
- Integrate solutions with business systems, APIs, and data sources.
- Move successful prototypes into production-ready solutions and improve their performance, reliability, and user experience.
Explore and Experiment
- Evaluate emerging AI models, tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Experiment with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, workflow automation, and knowledge integration.
