AI Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the AI go to market strategy for assigned mega accounts or regional portfolios within Financial Services and Retail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to client priorities and industry trends.
• Develop compelling AI value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives that address industry specific challenges.
• Partner with Client Partners, Sales teams, and Industry Leaders to originate, position, and close AI driven engagements.
• Lead executive level presales activities including opportunity shaping, solution design, and proposal positioning.
• Drive AI pipeline growth, revenue performance, and commercial success across assigned accounts.
• Ensure responsible AI principles including security, governance, transparency, and human oversight are embedded into opportunity framing and solution design.
• Operate effectively within a matrixed organization, collaborating across business, delivery, and leadership teams.
• To thrive in this role, you need to have:
• Strong experience developing and executing go to market strategies for advanced technology or AI led solutions.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts and real world use cases.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business focused manner.
• A strong commercial mindset with a track record of shaping, positioning, and closing high value technology engagements.
• Familiarity with leading cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• The ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, matrixed, and growth oriented environment.
