Responsibilities
- Foster a positive team culture, encourage professional growth, and promote collaboration
- Collaborate with the team to design and architect network solutions including LAN, WAN, data centre, and cloud networks
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to team members during design, configuration, and implementation of network solutions
- Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers
- Lead network related projects, establish project plans, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Lead efforts to optimise network performance by analysing traffic patterns, implementing QoS measures, and making configuration adjustments
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including systems administrators, security teams, application developers, and business stakeholders
- Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance processes for network engineering
- Manage relationships with network equipment vendors, service providers, and technology partners
- Plan network capacity and scalability to accommodate business growth and evolving needs

- The Team Lead, Network & Voice is a developing management role, responsible for guiding a team of network engineers and specialists to design, implement, and maintain a robust and efficient network infrastructure.
- This role combines technical expertise, managerial, and project management skills to ensure the team's success in delivering high quality network solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
