- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud technologies
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Experience in technology sales, account management, or business development, preferably in SMB segment

- You'll manage and grow strategic client relationships by leveraging consultative selling, strategic planning, and account management best practices.
- Your focus will include achieving revenue and margin targets, minimizing client churn, maximizing customer retention, and identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities.
