Role Overview
Lead quality engineering and testing across AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation initiatives.
Ensure AI-powered solutions are accurate, reliable, secure, explainable, and production-ready.
Drive automation excellence across the Digital and AI ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality engineering for AI and intelligent automation solutions.
- Define testing strategies, evaluation frameworks, quality standards, and release-readiness criteria.
- Evaluate and benchmark LLMs for accuracy, safety, relevance, latency, groundedness, and cost.
- Design testing frameworks for RAG evaluation, hallucination detection, prompt validation, AI safety, and model regression.
- Build automated testing with Python, PyTest, Playwright, API automation, and CI/CD quality gates.
- Test chatbots, virtual assistants, and copilots across multi-turn conversations and English and Arabic user journeys.
- Mentor QA and automation teams and partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree and eight to ten years of testing experience.
- At least three years supporting banking technology projects in a lead or subject matter expert capacity.
