About the Role

  • As an AI Product Engineer, you will build and deploy state of the art software solutions to automate real world problems.
  • You will work directly with customers to develop product specs and build from zero, designing front end interfaces and scalable back end systems.

In This Role, You Will

  • Innovate and Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy advanced software solutions integrating AI to automate complex manual processes in government and industrial sectors.
  • Make a Big Impact: Interact directly with key customer stakeholders, understand business challenges, and deliver AI powered software solutions.
  • Optimize and Scale: Build scalable data pipelines, integrate industrial sensor networks, optimize performance, and prepare systems for production.
  • Learn and Lead: Stay abreast of latest developments, participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and lead by example.
  • Make a Difference: Monitor and maintain deployed applications, work with customer engineers to tune applications for tangible upside.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You

  • Are eager to travel to customer locations globally for 6+ months and work directly with SMEs and end users.
  • Have minimum 2+ years of experience and an appetite for working directly with customers to develop software specs and build from zero.
  • Have experience with front end and back end technologies, microservices, and cloud platforms.
  • Have experience with modern web tooling such as React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and database management systems.
  • Exhibit excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Thrive in fast paced environments with competing priorities.
  • Are eager to own problems end to end and acquire necessary knowledge.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in on site engineering projects or client facing roles (Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages.
  • Strong foundation in software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
