- We are seeking a number of experienced Product Designers to join a specialist digital finance innovation hub based in Abu Dhabi.

- As an experienced individual contributor, you will take full ownership of the user experience across advanced financial products - driving design quality, shaping product direction, and working with a high degree of autonomy.
- You will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-centred journeys, and play an active role in raising the bar for craft and consistency across the team.
- Discover the requirements
- 5+ years of digital product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates your process from research through to final production
- Prior experience working within the fintech sector or modern financial services
- Hands-on experience designing interfaces for AI, machine learning, or data-heavy applications
- Strong capabilities in user journey mapping, rapid prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design
- Proven ability to work autonomously, lead design decisions, and drive workstreams independently
- Excellent communication skills to articulate and defend design decisions to both technical and business audiences
- A track record of cross-functional influence - shaping outcomes beyond the design lane
