The role works with sales, product, delivery, and senior technical teams throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Understand client business problems and identify where AI can provide practical value.
- Translate business requirements into AI/ML and Generative AI solution concepts.
- Support discovery sessions, technical workshops, and solution presentations.
- Shape solution approaches and architectures with senior technical teams.
- Build and deliver technical demos and proofs of concept.
- Explain AI capabilities, limitations, and technical approaches to varied stakeholders.
- Support technical proposals, statements of work, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Define technical scope and validate proposed solutions with delivery teams.
- Document solution designs, requirements, assumptions, and technical decisions.
- Support pre-sales to delivery handover and preserve client context.
- Gather client feedback to improve solutions.
- Stay current with AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Around three years of hands-on experience delivering AI or machine-learning projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Python used to build real solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI and machine-learning libraries and frameworks.
- Experience delivering forecasting, prediction, or classification use cases.
- Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI projects.
- Practical understanding of moving AI solutions from experimentation toward production.
- Ability to understand business problems and identify suitable technology approaches.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Comfort presenting work and discussing technical decisions with clients and internal teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic; both are required.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with client meetings, discovery workshops, or technical presentations.
- Exposure to solution architecture or technical design.
- Experience building demos, prototypes, or proofs of concept.
- Familiarity with RAG, LLMs, agentic AI, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI with APIs, databases, or enterprise systems.
- Exposure to Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or similar cloud AI services.
- Experience with enterprise, government, or regulated-industry projects.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, or security requirements.
- Exposure to proposals, RFPs, RFQs, or statements of work.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Stack
- Python, AI/ML frameworks, Generative AI, LLMs, Azure AI, APIs, AWS, and Azure.
Working Style
The role values curiosity about business problems, careful listening, clear explanations, and practical judgment about when AI is appropriate.
The successful candidate should be comfortable presenting and working with sales and delivery teams without needing prior sales experience.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
