About the Role
This role is for an AI engineer with around three years of hands-on delivery experience who wants to move into pre-sales.
The role combines client conversations, business problem discovery, AI solution shaping, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and delivery handover.
The role works with sales, product, and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
What You Will Do
- Understand client business problems and identify practical applications for AI.
- Translate requirements into AI/ML and Generative AI solution concepts.
- Support discovery sessions, technical workshops, presentations, proposals, and RFP or RFQ responses.
- Build demonstrations and proofs of concept and explain AI capabilities to varied stakeholders.
- Shape architectures, define technical scope, document decisions, and support handover to delivery.
- Gather feedback and stay current with AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and Microsoft AI developments.
Must Have
- Around three years of hands-on AI or machine-learning delivery experience.
- Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
- Experience with traditional AI/ML use cases and Generative AI projects.
- Practical understanding of moving AI solutions toward production.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai.
Nice to Have
- Experience with client meetings, discovery workshops, technical presentations, demos, prototypes, or proofs of concept.
- Exposure to solution architecture, RAG, LLMs, agentic AI, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or similar services.
- Experience with enterprise, government, or regulated-industry projects and related governance, risk, compliance, or security requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
