About the Role
TAT IT Technologies is urgently seeking an AI/ML Specialist with deep expertise in Generative & Agentic AI for a banking client in Abu Dhabi. You will design and deploy cloud-based AI solutions using LLMs, optimize vector databases, and advance research in embedding models and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production environments
- Implement cloud based AI solutions leveraging GPT, Claude, and other LLMs
- Architect and optimize vector databases (Azure Document DB, Elasticsearch, Faiss)
- Advance research in embedding models and prompting techniques
- Conduct rigorous model evaluation and benchmarking
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI into products and platforms
- Maintain robust data pipelines and ensure efficient data processing workflows
- Contribute to research initiatives and knowledge sharing within the AI community
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (preferred)
- Proven expertise in TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Strong command of Python programming
- Deep knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
- Experience with open source models and frameworks
- Familiarity with ONNX for model interoperability
- Demonstrated success in model evaluation and performance optimization
- Hands on experience with vector DBs and scalable retrieval systems
