- Design and deploy advanced LLM models to automate complex manual processes in real world verticals

- Engage directly with government officials to apply AI solutions
- Keep abreast of latest developments in machine learning and AI, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge
Requirements
- BSc/Master’s/PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
- Experience building GenAI focused applications with Agents, reasoning models, and RAG
- High level familiarity with architecture and operation of large language models
- Experience implementing models in PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Thrive in fast paced environments

In This Role, You Will
- Innovate and Deploy: Design and deploy advanced LLM models to automate complex manual processes.
- Optimize and Scale: Build scalable data pipelines, optimize models for performance and accuracy, and prepare them for production.
- Make a Difference: Engage in projects optimizing energy production, modernizing government workflows, or improving patient outcomes.
- Engage with Leaders: Interact directly with government officials and work alongside experienced founders, AI researchers, and software engineers.
- Learn and Lead: Keep abreast of latest ML/AI developments, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge.
You Might Thrive In This Role If You
- Hold a BSc/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- Have experience building GenAI focused applications with Agents, reasoning models, and RAG.
- Have high level familiarity with LLM architecture and operation.
- Have implemented models in PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow.
- Possess strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
- Exhibit excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
