Qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

• Manage projects or coordinate technical architects and leads and oversee complex delivery using appropriate frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, scope, risk, service quality, cost, profitability, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and deliver technology architecture specifications, models, guidelines, roadmaps, and related phases.
• Lead technical teams, line management, workload administration, and a collaborative high-performance environment.
• Identify complex problems, establish strategic direction, influence senior stakeholders, and make decisions for critical assignments.
• Measure progress and communicate results to leadership within committed time frames.

Technical focus

• Technology architecture, information technology specifications, solution design, implementation, testing, assessment, and deployment are central to the role.
• The role requires IT infrastructure and operations knowledge within an ITIL framework and experience acting as a technical or solution authority.

Schedule

• The role may require work in rotational shifts.
