Responsibilities
- Own end to end recruitment across AI, media, content, creative and technology functions
- Source and assess candidates for highly specific AI native roles
- Evaluate candidates on actual AI tool fluency through portfolios, workflow demos, work samples and practical outputs
- Build structured hiring pipelines and processes from scratch
- Partner directly with founders on every hire
- Define what 'AI fluent' means for each specific role and design screening criteria accordingly
- Maintain a live pipeline of AI enabled media and tech talent
- Use AI tools yourself daily to source, screen and move faster
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition with a clear focus on tech, AI, media or creative roles
- Demonstrated experience hiring for AI and ML roles
- Experience hiring across at least two of: AI/ML engineering, software development, automation, content production, video production, social media, visual design, growth marketing, data analytics, creative technology
- Has built or scaled a hiring function from early stage
- Personally uses AI tools daily
- Can review a portfolio, AI workflow demo, video output or content sample and assess real skill
- Minimum two relevant roles held for 2+ years each in tech, AI or AI enabled media recruiting
- Dubai based or able to relocate immediately
- Fluent English required

What You Will Do
- Own end to end recruitment across AI, media, content, creative and technology functions
- Source and assess candidates for highly specific AI native roles — narrative producers, video creators, visual designers, distribution leads, growth and analytics specialists, intelligence researchers, and AI/ML engineers
- Evaluate candidates on actual AI tool fluency — verified through portfolios, workflow demos, work samples and practical outputs, never self reported skills alone
- Build structured hiring pipelines and processes from scratch
- Partner directly with founders on every hire — no layers, no committees
- Define what 'AI fluent' means for each specific role and design screening criteria accordingly
- Maintain a live pipeline of AI enabled media and tech talent
- Use AI tools yourself daily to source, screen and move faster
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition with a clear focus on tech, AI, media or creative roles
- Demonstrated experience hiring for AI and ML roles
- Experience hiring across at least two of: AI/ML engineering, software development, automation, content production, video production, social media, visual design, growth marketing, data analytics, creative technology
- Has built or scaled a hiring function from early stage
- Personally uses AI tools daily — ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or equivalent
- Can review a portfolio, an AI workflow demo, a video output or a content sample and assess real skill versus surface level usage
- Minimum two relevant roles held for 2+ years each in tech, AI or AI enabled media recruiting
- Dubai based or able to relocate immediately
- Fluent English required
You Are Not the Right Fit If
- Your recruiting experience is primarily in HR ops, payroll, admin, logistics, academic or healthcare
- Your 'digital transformation' is HRIS implementation — SAP, Workday, Oracle do not count
- You have never hired a software engineer, AI practitioner, content creator or video producer
- You cannot evaluate a creative portfolio or assess whether someone genuinely uses AI tools
- You use AI tools only occasionally or not at all
- All your relevant hiring was short stints under 1 year
