What the Role Offers

Location and Work Arrangement

• The role is based in Dubai and is onsite.

Duration and Start

• The internship lasts three months.
• The planned start date is 1 September 2026.

Compensation

• The internship is unpaid.

What You Will Do

• Build AI-powered tools for property discovery, customer qualification, and agent matching.
• Develop LLM conversational workflows that understand enquiries, maintain context, call tools, and guide rental and sales journeys.
• Integrate property listings, customer records, lead-management systems, and internal APIs.
• Improve prompts, qualification logic, recommendations, and automated lead updates through evaluation and production feedback.
• Build APIs, data pipelines, and microservices for real-time conversations and synchronized data.
• Monitor production performance and improve safeguards, observability, testing, and fallback behavior.
• Work with product and engineering teams on technical solutions for real estate workflows.

What You Will Have

• Strong Python fundamentals and the ability to learn new libraries quickly.
• Curiosity about production AI systems, including latency, reliability, and model failure behavior.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and asking questions until problems are understood.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Some exposure to NLP or LLM tooling such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or similar is advantageous.
• Current or recent study in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
