- Design, build, and maintain LLM powered AI components supporting internal tools and user facing applications.
- Develop systems spanning data retrieval, embeddings, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Experiment with and evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and architectures in the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape.
- Improve and optimize underlying data infrastructure to support scalable and reliable LLM usage.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineers, analysts, and product stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
- Contribute to the technical vision and evolution of generative AI systems within a high scale AdTech environment.
- Support production grade systems operating at high throughput, low latency, and large scale data volumes.
Requirements
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in data manipulation libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational data systems
- Hands on experience or strong familiarity with AI/ML systems such as LLM inference, embeddings, vector databases, or ranking models
- Experience working with distributed systems or containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes is a plus)
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and data driven problem solving approaches
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently
- Proactive mindset with ownership, accountability, and a strong sense of initiative
