AI Superteam

  • Establish the Superteam operating model, priorities, cadence, experimentation forum, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
  • Help identify high-value AI opportunities and scale successful use cases across departments.

Learning and Adoption

  • Design role-based AI learning experiences and practical resources, including playbooks, use-case libraries, guides, workshops, and office hours.

  • Help employees evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, quality, usefulness, completeness, and appropriate human review.

Measurement

  • Define and track measures of AI adoption, capability, readiness, and impact.
  • Gather feedback and share progress, learnings, and recommendations with senior leadership.

  • Strong practical understanding of generative AI and modern AI tools, including hands-on use in knowledge work.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI use, human oversight, data considerations, quality, and judgment.
  • Experience with senior stakeholders and distributed teams; community or champion-network experience is highly valued.
