About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven and business-oriented AI Digital Manager to serve as the regional AI/Digital SPOC responsible for driving adoption, execution, and localization of AI, data, and digital solutions developed at HQ.

This role will act as the key bridge between Apparel Group HQ (Dubai) and country business teams across KSA/Qatar, ensuring successful rollout, adoption, and operational alignment of AI and digital transformation initiatives across retail and e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail operations, digital transformation, program management, and stakeholder management, along with exposure to AI/data-driven business solutions.

Ai & Digital Transformation

  • Act as the primary interface between HQ (Dubai) and regional business teams for all AI, data, and digital initiatives.
  • Drive adoption and implementation of AI and digital tools across retail stores, operations, and business functions.
  • Ensure successful execution and active usage of HQ-developed digital platforms and solutions.
  • Support localization and enhancement of digital products based on regional business needs.

Business & Stakeholder Management

  • Translate business requirements into actionable inputs for HQ product, data, and technology teams.
  • Collaborate with retail, operations, IT, and leadership stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Maintain governance, reporting, and communication between regional teams and HQ.

Program & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end rollout of digital initiatives across stores and operational functions.
  • Manage multiple digital transformation projects simultaneously.
  • Drive project execution, timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Track adoption metrics, usage behavior, and business impact of deployed tools.

Change Management & User Adoption

  • Lead training, onboarding, and change management programs for business users.
  • Drive behavioral adoption and ensure digital tools are effectively utilized across markets.
  • Act as an on-ground executor ensuring successful implementation outcomes, not just deployment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business or Engineering or Computer Science or Information Systems Or related field
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is a strong advantage.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are preferred.
  • Exposure to AI, Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives is highly preferred.

Required Experience

  • 8–12 years of total professional experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in: Retail Operations, Digital Transformation, Program/Project Management, Business Technology roles
  • Experience working in regional or multi-country environments is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to AI, analytics, digital tools, or data-driven business initiatives is required.
  • Strong exposure to retail and e-commerce business operations is mandatory.

  • Change agent who can influence behavioral adoption and business transformation.
  • Comfortable collaborating with HQ leadership and regional business stakeholders.
