- Lead and oversee the Social Media department, ensuring high quality delivery across multiple client accounts
- Develop and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Build, mentor, and manage a high performing team of social media professionals
- Drive innovation across content strategy, paid social, community management, influencer marketing, and social listening
- Define governance frameworks, operating models, and best practices for social media delivery
- Leverage platform insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate ROI
- Act as senior client facing leader for strategic discussions, workshops, and new business pitches
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Creative, Strategy, Digital, Media, and Account Management
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, AI driven marketing tools, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with significant agency experience
- Proven experience leading a Social Media department or practice
- Strong expertise across major social platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, YouTube)
- Deep understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
- Experience designing scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and team structures
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive level communication skills
- Demonstrated success leading client presentations, strategic workshops, and business pitches
- Experience working with clients in KSA or GCC region (preferred)
- Automotive industry experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, paid social, social commerce, and AI powered marketing solutions (preferred)

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Social Media to lead and scale our social media practice in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- This is a leadership role for a social first professional with extensive agency experience, proven success in managing high performing social media teams, and the ability to drive social strategy for enterprise clients.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across social platforms, analytics, governance, operating models, and client engagement, while leading strategic initiatives and new business pitches.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with significant experience in a digital/creative/media agency.
- Proven experience leading a Social Media department or practice of comparable size.
- Strong expertise across major social platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Deep understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and team structures.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive level communication skills.
- Demonstrated success leading client presentations, strategic workshops, and business pitches.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the GCC region.
- Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, paid social, social commerce, and AI powered marketing solutions.
