Meaningful Work and Personal Impact

  • Serve as the technical and strategic backbone of our AI powered customer engagement and analytics ecosystem.
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced RAG and LLM driven capabilities that power our virtual agents and knowledge systems.
  • Architect scalable data pipelines, develop intuitive front end experiences using Next.js, and integrate complex authentication and AI workflows.
  • Translate intricate technical and analytical insights into clear, compelling presentations for leadership.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Education: Bachelor of Science
  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience; 5+ years at Senior level
  • Required Skills: Experience in RAG design, optimization, and troubleshooting; applied experience with LLM integration; ability to design analytics dashboards; experience with Next.js; ability to architect data pipelines; proven ability to build AI powered analytics features; experience designing AI/

Salary Range

  • The likely salary range for this position is $75,650 $102,350.

Scheduled Weekly Hours

  • 40 hours per week

Travel and Telecommuting

  • Travel Required: Less than 10%
  • Telecommuting Options: Hybrid
  • Work Location: USA LA Bossier City
  • Additional Work Locations: USA LA Home Office (LAHOME)
