Role overview
Lead enterprise-wide Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture across banking systems.
Define architecture for AI chat assistants, autonomous agents, and multi-agent workflows.
Apply hands-on AI engineering and banking domain expertise to production delivery.
Core responsibilities
- Define target architecture, integration patterns, standards, reference implementations, and reusable AI building blocks.
- Lead architecture for payments, transfers, servicing, self-service fulfilment, and customer assistance journeys.
- Integrate AI capabilities securely with enterprise APIs, middleware, core banking platforms, and web and mobile channels.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, governance, and enterprise architecture teams.
- Present and align designs through the Architecture Review Board.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on AI engineering capability.
- Strong banking domain understanding.
- Practical experience delivering multiple production-grade banking agents.
- Experience with secure enterprise and core banking integrations.
- Ability to collaborate across technical, governance, and architecture functions.
