Agricultural Supervisor

Monitor agrochemical and seed application records within the system to maintain daily tracking of production costs.

Review reports submitted by field technical staff and assist in controlling the use of agrochemicals across farming areas.

Receive daily agricultural activity reports and accurately register all related information in the system.

Prepare and issue certifications for external service providers including fumigation, planting, transportation, and other agriculture related services.

Maintain updated records of weather conditions such as rainfall and temperature using information provided by the Ranch Manager.

Assist with administrative follow up related to farming operations and maintain organized operational documentation.

Ensure all operational records are accurate, updated, and properly maintained for reporting and audit purposes.

Support coordination between field operations and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow and information tracking.

Minimum two years of practical experience in administrative monitoring and control of agrochemical and seed application during agricultural campaigns.

Experience preparing certifications and documentation for agricultural service providers is required.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word at an intermediate level.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and update daily operational records accurately.

Good organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple administrative tasks effectively.
