Role Overview
Lead medium-to-large, complex technology initiatives for a financial-services client.
Provide end-to-end delivery leadership across business, technology, operations, governance, and vendor teams.
Balance Agile execution with project management, risk, security, governance, operational stability, and business outcomes.
Agile Delivery and Execution
- Lead initiatives from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and closure using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid, or other suitable methods.
- Coordinate teams and workstreams while maintaining integrated plans, roadmaps, release schedules, critical paths, and dependencies.
- Drive delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes and address blockers proactively.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning as required.
Governance and Stakeholders
- Act as the primary delivery interface across client business, technology, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate working groups, governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
- Maintain RAID and decision logs, mitigation plans, owners, dates, escalation paths, and traceability.
