Agentic AI Engineer

About the position

What you will do

• Build and deploy generative AI applications using LLMs including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
• Develop agentic AI workflows using CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or LangChain Agents.
• Design RAG pipelines, vector search solutions, and embedding-based retrieval systems.
• Build scalable AI services with Python, FastAPI or Flask, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert use cases into production-ready solutions.
• Implement hallucination reduction, prompt engineering, and model evaluation methods.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Monitor and optimize models for accuracy, performance, and cost.

Required expertise

• 5+ years of AI/ML experience including model development, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, training, and evaluation.
• 2+ years of hands-on generative AI experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and LLM-based applications.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Django and hands-on knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, integration patterns, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and model deployment.

Preferred expertise

• Experience with AI agents, autonomous workflows, multi-agent systems, MLOps, model evaluation, AI governance, or responsible AI practices.
• Experience with enterprise AI deployments, production-grade systems, distributed teams, or US-based clients.

Technical technologies
