Overview Of The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Aftersales Manager – Commercial Vehicles & Buses
to lead our Aftersales operations across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
This role is pivotal in driving business growth, operational excellence, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across service and spare parts operations.
You will take full ownership of the Aftersales ecosystem—spanning workshop performance, parts operations, customer satisfaction, and B2B growth—ensuring strong financial results and seamless service standards across multiple sites.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Aftersales strategy covering both Service and Spare Parts to deliver revenue and profitability targets
- Lead multi-site workshop operations, ensuring high productivity, quality, and strict adherence to SOPs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, throughput, and service quality
- Oversee the complete spare parts value chain, ensuring optimal stock levels, high availability, and strong fill rates
- Enhance customer experience through retention programs, digital tools, and effective complaint resolution
- Monitor and drive key KPIs such as service revenue, labour productivity, customer satisfaction, and inventory health
- Collaborate with OEMs and internal stakeholders to ensure governance on warranty, recalls, and technical standards
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing Aftersales teams across service and parts functions
