Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Aftersales strategy covering both Service and Spare Parts to deliver revenue and profitability targets
- Lead multi site workshop operations, ensuring high productivity, quality, and strict adherence to SOPs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, throughput, and service quality
- Oversee the complete spare parts value chain, ensuring optimal stock levels, high availability, and strong fill rates
- Enhance customer experience through retention programs, digital tools, and effective complaint resolution
- Monitor and drive key KPIs such as service revenue, labour productivity, customer satisfaction, and inventory health
- Collaborate with OEMs and internal stakeholders to ensure governance on warranty, recalls, and technical standards
- Build, lead, and develop high performing Aftersales teams across service and parts functions
Requirements
- Experience in aftersales management, preferably in commercial vehicles or automotive
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of workshop operations and spare parts value chain

Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Aftersales Manager – Commercial Vehicles & Buses to lead our Aftersales operations across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
- This role is pivotal in driving business growth, operational excellence, and delivering a best in class customer experience across service and spare parts operations.
