- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to vehicle performance, diagnosing problems through advanced diagnostic tools and procedures to reduce vehicle downtime.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for service technicians, ensuring they are proficient in the latest vehicle technologies and repair methodologies to enhance the quality of service.
- Create and update technical documentation, including service manuals, bulletins, and repair procedures, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to the service network.
- Provide technical support to dealerships and service centers, assisting with difficult repairs and offering solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce warranty costs.
