- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, complaints, and emergency call outs
- Lead service engineers, technicians, and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense requirements and NFPA standards
- Monitor contract performance, service reports, and KPI achievements
- Prepare maintenance schedules and manpower deployment plans
- Review inspection reports and recommend corrective actions
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requirements
- Attend client meetings and provide technical support
- Ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts and identify business opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance and maintenance reports
Requirements
- Experience managing AMC contracts for fire alarm and fire fighting systems
- Knowledge of UAE Civil Defense requirements and NFPA standards
- Ability to lead service engineers, technicians, and supervisors
- Experience in planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance
- Skills in spare parts inventory and procurement management
