- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and other departments
- Track project related documents such as approvals, submissions, and contracts
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements if required
Requirements
- Experience in secretarial or administrative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
