Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Passive Fire Protection products including fire stopping systems, fireproofing solutions, fire rated sealants, boards, coatings, wraps, and related products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and key decision makers.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to support project specifications.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical support on product selection, application methods, and compliance with fire safety standards.
- Monitor project pipelines, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotations, and customer interactions using CRM/ERP systems.
