Job Overview

  • FAMCO is seeking an experienced After Sales Manager – New Product Development
  • Drive aftermarket growth across Oil & Gas, Industrial Equipment, and Marine sectors
  • Role combines technical expertise with commercial leadership

What You Will Do Sales Management and New Business Development

  • Lead growth of aftermarket sales for parts, maintenance contracts, technical services, and customer support solutions
  • Drive new business development initiatives across Oil & Gas, Marine, Industrial Equipment, and Energy sectors
  • Identify and develop opportunities for new product development and service offerings
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
  • Develop annual maintenance and service contract programs for customers across the UAE

Customer and Market Development

  • Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, engineering companies, and operators
  • Manage key customer accounts and identify opportunities to increase wallet share and retention
  • Prospect and convert customers using competitor products and aftermarket services
  • Support customers through technical consultation, service planning, and lifecycle management solutions

Product and Market Intelligence

  • Gather market intelligence related to Oil & Gas Equipment, Marine Equipment, Air Compressors, and Industrial Products
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, customer trends, and emerging market opportunities
  • Work with inventory, product management, and operations teams to improve product availability and service performance
  • Contribute to development of new products, customer support programs, and aftermarket growth initiatives

Commercial and Operational Excellence

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business plans for parts and labor revenue
  • Monitor performance against sales targets and profitability objectives
  • Support credit management and receivables collection activities
  • Maintain strong customer relationship management database and customer mapping strategy
