Responsibilities
- Lead strategic positioning and growth of WSP's Earth & Environment business across KSA
- Act as senior representative for E&E business in KSA, strengthening relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and execute KSA Earth & Environment growth strategy
- Identify, pursue, and secure strategic opportunities for sustainable revenue growth
- Serve as Client Lead for priority accounts
- Lead major pursuits, proposals, and bid activities
- Act as Project Director, Sponsor, or Senior Advisor on strategically important projects
- Provide leadership and oversight across project performance, commercial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Champion quality, technical excellence, and governance across all E&E services in KSA
- Drive collaboration across Advisory Services, E&E, and wider WSP business
- Contribute as member of Earth & Environment Leadership Team
- Mentor and develop future leaders
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in Earth & Environment or related consulting
- Proven track record in business development and client management in KSA
- Experience leading major pursuits and project delivery

About the Role
- As an Advisory Director Earth & Environment (KSA), you will be a senior member of the Earth & Environment (E&E) Leadership Team and WSP's principal representative for the E&E business within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- You will lead the strategic positioning, growth, and client engagement agenda for the E&E business across KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic positioning and growth of WSP's Earth & Environment business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Act as WSP's senior representative for the E&E business in KSA.
- Develop and execute the KSA Earth & Environment growth strategy.
- Identify, pursue, and secure strategic opportunities across key sectors.
- Serve as Client Lead for priority accounts.
- Lead major pursuits, proposals, and bid activities.
- Act as Project Director, Sponsor, or Senior Advisor on strategically important projects.
- Provide leadership and oversight across project performance, commercial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Champion quality, technical excellence, and governance across all Earth & Environment services delivered within KSA.
