Your opportunity: The Administrative & Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating the implementation of initiatives, directives, and special projects associated with the research associate director and academic director portfolios and in response to related, identified priorities of the School. This role will act as a project coordinator and liaison between the academic director, the department manager and the associate directors. They will conceptualize, integrate, support and evaluate initiatives, directives, and special projects arising throughout the co-curricular, event, and research programming at the School. The Administrative & Project Coordinator will provide related administrative support in matters relating to a variety of programs, committees, and working groups as assigned. The Administrative & Project Coordinator will also provide research support, data coordination and reporting and will prepare a variety of communications and correspondence.
