About The Role

  • We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and detail oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our remote operations team.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in administration or remote operations who enjoys structured work, organized systems, and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • No extensive professional experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Standardize information across internal systems
  • Identify duplicate or incomplete records and flag issues for review
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation
  • Support reporting through accurate record management
  • Review and organize incoming administrative requests
  • Route tasks to the appropriate team members
  • Track progress and follow up on outstanding items
  • Maintain clear documentation of task status
  • Communicate proactively when additional information is required
  • Update internal trackers and workflow dashboards
