The Administrative Pharmacy Program Manager supports the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the PBM team, serving as a key liaison between the health plan, senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional departments.

This role coordinates PBM-related projects, supports formulary and Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee activities, assists with pharmacy benefit and network operations, and helps ensure clinical programs and vendor activities are implemented effectively and aligned with plan strategy.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven environment.

The Administrative Pharmacy Program Manager must be able to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion.

This individual should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with PBM leadership and teams across the organization.
