Key Accountabilities
- Organizes the reception of new students and contributes to the process of distributing at the beginning of school.
- Follows up on student attendance and discipline, takes right measures in this regard, and contacts their parents in case they are absent.
- Ensures students adhere to the regulations and monitors violations and records them.
- Follows up sick students, takes special care of students with contagious diseases, refers them for treatment, carries out the necessary measures to prevent those diseases from spreading.
- Monitors the start & end time of classes, ensures teachers are present, and reports unruly classes.
- Performs tasks assigned to him during the exams.
- Maintains the school's facilities and equipment, and follows up on maintenance and cleaning work.
- Follows up the distribution of books and other educational supplies to students according to the lists prepared for this purpose and reports shortages.
- Organizes the database, records and files related to his work as a monitor.
- Participates in meetings, training programs organized by the school administration according to the directives of those concerned.
- Carries out duties assigned to him by the school's administration.
- Carries out any other tasks assigned to him and that are related to the nature of his work.
