BASH is hiring a bilingual Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive office support in Doha. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and various departments
- Prepare, draft, translate, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents in both Arabic and English
- Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents in both electronic and physical formats
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and administrative requirements
- Assist in travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation when required
- Liaise with government entities, suppliers, clients, and service providers as needed
- Support document processing, permit applications, and official correspondence when required
Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
