Role Overview
Support engineering projects and department operations through administration, document control, procurement coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and support leadership, managers, consultants, internal stakeholders, and external authorities.
Key Result Areas
- Manage employee records, Coupa requests, ERP orders, and invoice generation.
- Coordinate meetings, prioritize tasks, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Prepare reports and analyses for management decision-making.
- Maintain files, documentation, and databases in accordance with company policies.
- Support interdepartmental coordination, schedules, daily operations, timekeeping, attendance, and leave schedules.
- Handle inquiries and correspondence and provide customer service to internal and external clients.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide departmental backup during peak periods or absences.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Higher Diploma Certification is required.
- Diploma Certification is preferred.
- At least three years of administrative experience is required.
