About the Opportunity
AAA International is seeking a dependable Administration & Operations Coordinator for a technology and business-services environment.
The role supports multiple teams and active projects by coordinating records, schedules, documents, vendors, meetings, and daily operations.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain organized records, documents, trackers, and shared folders or systems.
- Support scheduling, meetings, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Prepare and format documents, correspondence, and routine reports.
- Track outstanding actions and follow up with responsible people.
- Support procurement, quotations, invoices, vendor coordination, and office requirements where needed.
- Maintain accurate information across business systems and internal workspaces.
- Assist project and client teams with administrative coordination.
- Escalate delays or missing information early.
What We Are Looking For
- At least three years of relevant administration, coordination, or operations experience.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and spoken English.
