Administration Manager

Manage arrears administration and follow up outstanding items

Raise retailer charges accurately and on time

Process supplier invoices through the relevant systems

Collect and record sales information

Complete receipting and support reconciliation activities

Respond to retailers queries by email and follow through to resolution

Experience in administration, ideally within property, shopping centres or a related environment

Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial and administrative processes

The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
